How the Process Works

From your first message to delivery at your family's door, here is exactly what happens at every step.
There are no surprises — you will have written confirmation and photos or video before any money moves.

Step 1 — Submit Your Inquiry

Send us your name, phone number, destination country, city, and preferred block size. You can reach us through the quote form or by phone.

Step 2 — Receive a Written Quote

We prepare a written quote that includes the machine price, international shipping cost, crating, and estimated delivery time for your specific country and city.

Step 3 — Review the Invoice and Payment Schedule

Before any payment, you receive a full invoice and a clear payment schedule so you know exactly what you are paying and when.

Step 4 — Pay the 30% Deposit

The 30% deposit starts the machine production at the factory in China.

Step 5 — Machine Enters Production

Your machine is manufactured and assembled. Production time is included in the overall delivery estimate of approximately 80 days.

Step 6 — Photo and Video Confirmation

When the machine is completed and tested at the factory, we send you photos and video so you can verify the machine before the final payment.

Step 7 — Pay the 70% Balance

After you approve the photos and video, you pay the remaining 70% balance. The machine is then crated for shipping.

Step 8 — Machine Is Crated and Shipped

The machine is packed in a wooden crate, transported from the factory to the port in China, and loaded for international shipping.

Step 9 — Delivery in Approximately 80 Days

Delivery time is approximately 80 days depending on the destination country and the customs process. You will receive shipping details and documentation.

30% Deposit to Start Production

When you are ready to proceed, a 30% deposit is collected to begin manufacturing your machine at the factory. Production starts only after the deposit is received. You will have a written invoice and payment schedule before this step.

70% Balance Before Shipping

After your machine is completed and tested, we send you photos and video of the finished machine at the factory. You review and approve before paying the remaining 70%. The machine is not shipped until you have confirmed it. This step protects your investment.

Every payment step is documented. You will never be asked to send money without a written invoice and clear explanation of what that payment covers.

From the Factory in China to Your Country

Once the 70% balance is paid and the machine is approved, it is packed in a wooden crate and transported from the factory to the departure port in China. International shipping then carries the machine to the destination country.

Customs, Taxes, and Final Delivery

Customs duties, import taxes, and final delivery from the port to your family's location are the responsibility of the receiver and vary by country, product classification, and local fees. Every written quote includes a note explaining this so there are no surprises. Delivery time is approximately 80 days depending on destination and the customs process.
